Japanese videos are interesting to watch for a couple reasons. (1) They can make a show about anything (2) They have clever ways of doing things. Watch the following videos to see what I’m talking about. Apparently, they are both from the same TV show.
Both videos showed a lot of shortcuts to things but I only found a couple of things I was really interested in. The first video taught me a new way of folding shirts. I tried this immediately and was surprised of how quick and easy this technique is. The second video taught me a new way of tying a neck tie, even though I am female and never wear neck ties. I still thought it was pretty cool and tried to see if I could do the same. The knot isn’t as clean as a windsor knot, though.

First off, I want to say Congratulations to my friend, Colene. She’s getting married to her best friend of 10 years today, on Independence Day. She’s the bride with the “Going Green” theme by sending out her invitations through Evite. So the following post will be wedding related.
I received The Knot Northern California’s Spring/Summer issue. One quiz in The Knot caught my attention. It asked “Are you a Bridezilla?” I just know that the mister thinks I was a complete bridezilla. I know I wasn’t. Just to be sure, I went ahead and took the quiz.
Take the quiz with me and see if you were a bridezilla or not: (more…)

I don’t follow youtube often but apparently some talk shows do. I first saw this video on The Bonnie Hunt Show re-run episode on my day off of work. So funny. This video has been out for awhile but I thought I’d show it in case, you haven’t seen it. This particular video doesn’t have music with it like other youtubes using the same video. I hate all of the other songs that were played to the video.
The same group that brought you Forrest Gump has put Kill Bill One AND Two into the 1 Minute condensing machine. Luckily, I’ve watched both Kill Bills. This version pretty much went through the whole sequence of each assassins murder in order. Although, it was hard to hear the dialogue except for the beginning.
I’m no prankster and I don’t like jokes being played on me. However, it’s not to say that I don’t enjoy a laugh or two from a good joke told or from watching funny videos.
This video, my husband showed me and it cracks me up everytime I see it. I hope it gives you a chuckle.
If you’ve never seen Forrest Gump, you can pretty much get the whole story line from this video done in 1 take in 1 minute. I’ve watched the original movie about a dozen times and loved it. But the one minute version was well done, too. Two Thumbs Up!
